Vinyl 12″ EP released from grunge house records on 4/10! Includes ALTZ.p , Peter Power and Ground!

I'm releasing a 12" single from grunge house records on April 10th!

The title is "Principia".

A1 ALTZ.p   "Everybody Loves the Sunshine"

A2 Peter Power   "Golden Ripples"

A” Ground   "Nigihayahi"

I've been able to condense the songs of my favorite artists into this album.

And they are really great songs.

Please listen to the record!

The title "Principia" is the name of a book written by Isaac Newton, the discoverer of the "law of universal gravitation". The book was published in 1687, when Newton was 44 years old. The book was inspired by the plague that was raging in London when Newton was 25 years old. When the University of Cambridge, where he was a professor, closed down, he was forced to return to the countryside, where he could get away from the hustle and bustle and immerse himself in thought. It is said that it was during this time that he came up with the basis for most of his lifetime achievements, including the law of universal gravitation, differential and integral calculus, and optics.

Looking back, in the year 2020, the new coronavirus was raging not only in Japan but all over the world, shutting down cities and schools and making it impossible to meet people for a period of time. During this time, I think many artists were immersed in creating their own works and continued to go through trial and error.

At the same time, the venues for expression shifted from live music venues, art galleries, and theaters to the Internet, and artists took the initiative in setting up distribution systems and started live streaming on YouTube and Facebook. This trend was an opportunity for some people, but it may have been a threat to the field of creating grooves and experiencing a sense of unity with the audience.

I myself was crippled by this corona disaster and could only watch in amazement as the scene disappeared. But is this really the right thing to do? Where is the best place for me to express myself? It made me think.

Initially, I started with a simple idea: I wanted to send out a message about "culture," and I started writing a blog. I love music and I collect records, so I created a website to sell them. But that wasn't enough to get the word out to everyone, so I started holding music parties once a month and started distributing them. I also made a record to let people know about the site even more.

If I write it like that, you might think that I've made a lot of effort, but I've been relying on the help of others(!), and I'm weak-willed and tofu-like. But I relied on the help of others (!), and did it with a weak will and a weak heart like tofu. But the finished record is as lovely as my own child… the jacket is shiny and jewel-like. The jacket is shiny and jewel-like, and the contents are full of wonderful songs by wonderful artists! The mastering was done by Kabamix, who I've interviewed in the "The paradox of sound making" section of this blog site! The mastering was done by Kabamix, who I've interviewed in the "The paradox of sound making" section of this blog site! The power of engineers was actually shown to me, and I realized how great they are. The album jacket was designed by Yamagishi, a native of Kobe who now lives in Tokyo. As soon as I saw the three-dimensional, floating design, I said, "Please let me use this! I said, "Let me use this!

That's why I'd like to share this record with everyone! It's also available at all record stores, so please check them out!

The grunge house records blog site is a concept-driven blog site that spotlights people who are buried in everyday life, quietly fighting for their lives, and transmits the culture that deals with them.

So the content may not be easy for everyone to accept.

For those who just want to listen to music quickly or get information, I only write about unimportant things.

However, if you are willing to bite down and listen to even a small story in a corner, or music flowing from afar, I think it will make the world a more enjoyable place.
